Capture is quoted per site.

Every site is different, so Capture is scoped on a short call before anything is priced: buildings, lines, devices, and what access you can give us. Most sites take one to three days on site, with no production downtime.

Capture can be bought on its own. You keep the findings report and an export of the full inventory whatever you do next. Taken with Command Centre, everything it finds is loaded and kept current from day one.

Connect: cover that fits your site.

Start with your operating hours and the cost of downtime. Each package sets a contractual response window and what's included each month. Across Connect sessions, the recorded average time to connect is around 15 minutes and the average resolution around an hour; actual times depend on the site, the equipment and the fault. Connect requires an active Command Centre subscription for the site.

Pricing is based on site size and device and network complexity; ECS assesses the site and confirms the band. Live includes no engineer hours. Contract packages include 1 hour (Business), 2 hours (24/7) or 4 hours (Critical) of call-out support per month. Live is priced above Business because it carries no commitment. Response window is the contractual maximum.

Contract rates apply to Business, 24/7 and Critical above the included allowance. Minimum charge: one hour per call-out on contract packages, two hours per call-out on Live. Every session is logged in Command Centre with what was found, what was changed and by whom. When a fault can't be fixed remotely, contract customers get preferential access to next-working-day on-site support (Critical first); attendance and travel are quoted separately.

Pricing questions

Do I need Capture to use Command Centre?

No. You can enter the data yourself and pay the same £300 per site, per month. Capture is the faster route for most sites: ECS engineers load every device, backup and document, verified on entry, so the platform is useful from day one.

Can I buy Capture without Command Centre?

Yes. Capture stands on its own. You get the findings report and an export of the full inventory whatever you do next. Command Centre is where the data stays current, but it is not a condition of the audit.

How is Capture priced?

Capture is always quoted. It depends on the number of buildings, lines and devices, so we scope it on a short call first. Most sites take one to three days on site.

What does self-serve involve?

A short onboarding conversation first. We set up your site, users and structure and get you live, then your team enters and maintains the data. You are never left with an empty login and a user guide.

Does Connect need a Command Centre subscription?

Yes. Every Connect session starts from the device record in Command Centre, which is why the engineer arrives with the software version, cable and change history already in front of them.

How is my Connect site band decided?

ECS assesses the site before quoting, based on its size and the complexity of its devices and networks. You then choose the level of cover.

Why is Live priced above Business?

Live carries no commitment: you can stop at any time. A Connect contract gives you priority access, included hours and reduced hourly rates in return for the commitment.

Are prices per site?

Yes. Command Centre and Connect are priced per site, and each site is priced separately. All prices exclude VAT. Contract terms, Capture scope and any onboarding are confirmed in your quotation.

Not sure where to start?

Tell us your operating hours and what an hour of downtime costs. We'll talk through Command Centre on sample data, scope a Capture visit if you want one, and recommend a level of Connect cover.
