How It Works
Getting started with Shift Hero is straightforward but thorough, ensuring you’re fully covered, compliant, and confident before any shifts begin. We take care of the setup, onboarding, and engineer matching, so you can focus on keeping operations running smoothly.
Step 1: Submit a Request
Get in touch with us using our online form or by phone to tell us about your engineering cover needs.
Step 2: Initial Meeting
We’ll arrange a short call or on-site meeting to understand your operations, review your requirements, and talk through how Shift Hero works.
Step 3: Onboarding Begins
You’ll add ECS UK as a supplier and we’ll begin onboarding your site(s). This includes compliance documentation and site-specific assessments to ensure our engineers are ready to hit the ground running.
Step 4: Risk Assessment and Site Checks
We complete risk assessments and operational checks for each location to ensure safety and compatibility with our team.
Step 5: Go Live on the Platform
Once onboarding is complete, you’ll have access to the Shift Hero platform. Post requests and specify requirements directly, we’ll match the right engineer.
Step 6: Engineer Deployed
The assigned engineer arrives ready to work, and all hours, compliance, and follow-up are managed via our system.
